Soho Theatre (formerly Alameda Theatre) is located in the Soho Art District. In 2019, the Alameda Theatre reopened as Soho Theatre, with a musical production of A Chorus Line. The famous actor Antonio Banderas is the president and promoter of this theatre. Soho Theatre features a large hall with a capacity of 896 seats, a restaurant and a bar.

The Cervantes Theatre is touted as the first theatrical space of Costa del Sol and is the venue for the well-known 'Malaga Festival'. The theatre was built in the late 19th century to replace an earlier theatre damaged by fire. The outer structure of the building is polygonal, and the theatre can easily accommodate a large audience of up to 1100. The theatre organises operas, ballets, flamenco performances and live music performances in Jazz, classical and many more.
